Cancellation of a reservation can only be done via our online reservation system. You will find the link to your reservation in the confirmation email you received when making your reservation.

• For any cancellation made more than 24 hours before your reservation time, this deposit will be automatically and fully refunded.
• For any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the time of your reservation, and if your table is not reassigned, a voucher (for an amount equivalent to the deposit paid) will be sent to you by email with validity one year from the date of reservation.
• If cancellation has not been made, the deposit will not be refunded.

This policy had to be put in place following numerous “no-shows” (a scourge better known as “no shows” in the catering world) which undermined the organization, but also and above all, the balance of our establishment. We hope to be able to count on your understanding of this choice that circumstances have imposed on us. We thank you for your support!

For your comfort and for organizational reasons, we invite you to inform us of any dietary constraints (allergies, intolerances, toxoplasmosis, or any other contraindications) in the REMARKS section of your reservation.

If you did not mention it when you made your reservation, there is always time to do so by email (info@sansablon.be) or by telephone (+32 2 512 42 12). Be sure to specify the DATE, TIME, NAME of the reservation, as well as the number of people involved.
