SAN Sablon in Brussels

The SAN Sablon restaurant, by chef Peij (Pierre-Jean Antoine, for friends), designed and created by Sang Hoon Degeimbre (L’air du temps**) is nestled in the heights of the famous Sablon district in the heart of Brussels.

Given the success of the restaurant, the chef is looking to strengthen his team as soon as possible with a CHEF DE PARTIES, ideally specialized in Pastry.


– permanent contract
– 9 services (cut) per week
– 2.5 consecutive rest days per week
– 5 weeks leave per year and public holidays

VERTIGE in Brussels

We currently want to expand our team with a WAITER, available as soon as possible.

The pearl we are looking for must also be dynamic and motivated, attentive and eager to learn. S.he will have the opportunity to work under the supervision of Philippe Lamourette, a very experienced butler.

VerTige is an ambitious and pleasantly-sized gourmet restaurant, where you will have the opportunity to observe and discover the world of catering – and especially the one of dining service -, with passionate professionals who work with seriousness and a good spirit. In a convivial setting, in the center of Brussels, guided by a talented young chef (Kevin Perlot), we hope that you will find your place and your professional happiness!
